A festive classic reinvented, this CBD Christmas Yule Log combines rich chocolate flavor with a subtle relaxing touch, perfect to end holiday meals on a smooth and indulgent note.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate : 200 g
- Sugar : 150 g
- Flour : 120 g
- Eggs : 6
- CBD butter : 100 g
- Heavy cream : 200 mL
- Cocoa powder : 20 g
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Praline (optional) : 50 g
Instructions
- Separate egg whites from yolks. Whisk yolks with sugar until pale, then add flour.
- Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
- Bake the sponge cake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes, then roll while warm.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache with cream, then add CBD butter off heat.
- Spread ganache, roll the cake, glaze and decorate as desired.
