Looking for indulgent and relaxing cookies? These CBD cookies combine the richness of butter and chocolate for a comforting experience. Easy and quick to make, they are delicious warm and soft right out of the oven, or slightly crisp later.
Ingredients
- Flour type 55 : 400 g
- Butter : 180 g
- Baking powder : 1 sachet (10 g)
- Eggs : 2
- Vanilla sugar : 1 sachet (10 g)
- Sugar : 130 g
- CBD flowers : 20 g
- Salt : 1 pinch
Instructions
- Crumble the CBD flowers with a grinder.
- Melt the butter in a pan, then add the crumbled CBD flowers.
- Stir over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the butter to separate the flowers and recover the cannabinoids.
- Let the infused butter cool slightly.
- Mix the eggs and sugars with the infused butter until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the two mixtures to obtain a smooth dough.
- Form dough balls.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, checking they don’t brown too much.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy with a glass of milk, tea, or coffee for an even more comforting moment.
