These CBD chocolate truffles strike the perfect balance between indulgence and relaxation. Their smooth, rich ganache melts in your mouth, offering deep cocoa flavor enhanced by the calming benefits of CBD. Easy to make and perfect for sharing, they can be customized with citrus zest, spices, or chopped nuts.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum) : 200 g
- Heavy cream : 100 mL
- Unsalted butter : 50 g
- CBD oil : 2 tbsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder (for coating) : 3 tbsp
- Salt : 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar (optional) : to taste
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth and glossy.
- Gradually add the cream, then the butter, and finally the CBD oil. Mix until you have a smooth ganache.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop out small portions of ganache and roll them into balls. Coat with cocoa powder or powdered sugar as desired.
