
Moroccan CBD Chicken Wings

These Moroccan CBD chicken wings are perfectly spiced and coated in a creamy sauce. Served with a side of Greek yogurt or sour cream, they make a flavorful and friendly dish ideal for family meals or gatherings.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings : 1.36 kg
- Vegetable oil : 2 tbsp
- Salt : 3 g (divided)
- Orange juice : 180 mL
- Lemon juice : 60 mL
- Brown sugar : 50 g
- Pomegranate molasses : 60 mL
- Papaya juice : 60 mL
- Garam masala or Moroccan spice blend : 3 tbsp
- Cayenne pepper : 1 pinch (optional)
- CBD butter : 2 tbsp
- Chopped fresh cilantro : 1 ½ tbsp
Instructions
- Clean and dry the chicken wings, then coat them with 2 tbsp of oil and 2 g of salt.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, pomegranate molasses, papaya juice, garam masala, cayenne pepper (if used), CBD butter, and 1 g of salt.
- Cook the sauce until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, then remove from heat.
- When the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the sauce over. Toss to coat each wing evenly.
- Arrange the wings on a serving platter and drizzle the remaining sauce over them. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
