Ingredients

  • Ground beef : 500 g
  • Dried CBD herb : 2 tbsp
  • Onion : 1, finely chopped
  • Egg : 1, beaten
  • Salt and pepper : To taste
  • Burger buns : 4 large, preferably brioche
  • Cheese : 8 melting slices
  • Fresh vegetables : Lettuce, tomato, pickles
  • CBD cooking oil : For cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the CBD beef patties:Mix ground beef with CBD, finely chopped onion, and beaten egg. Form 4 patties of approximately 125 g each, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the patties:Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a drizzle of CBD oil. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until nicely browned. Add cheese 1–2 minutes before the end to melt gently over the meat.
  3. Assemble the burgers:Lightly toast the buns. On the bottom half, place lettuce, tomato slice, cheese-topped patty, and a few pickle slices. Close with the top bun and press lightly.
  4. Serve and accompany:Serve your burgers with crispy homemade fries or a fresh, colorful salad. Add your favorite sauce or vary the cheese to customize each bite.
