These Thai-style chicken wings are like satay skewers transformed into wings. For spicy flavor lovers, add more sriracha if desired. Melt CBD butter gently in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring until fully liquid. Tip: zest the lime before squeezing for easier zest collection.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings : 1360 g
  • Vegetable oil : 30 mL
  • Salt : 10 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper : 5 g
  • Coconut milk : 60 mL
  • Thai peanut sauce : 60 mL
  • Sriracha : 15 mL
  • Lime zest and juice : 1 lime
  • Melted CBD butter : 30 g
  • Roasted peanuts, finely chopped : 30 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken wings: clean, season, and initially cook.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, peanut sauce, sriracha, and lime zest and juice. Gradually add melted CBD butter while stirring for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Cook the sauce until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, then remove from heat.
  4. Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange wings on a serving platter, pour remaining sauce over, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Serving suggestion: Serve with jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
