
Thai-Style Chicken Wings

These Thai-style chicken wings are like satay skewers transformed into wings. For spicy flavor lovers, add more sriracha if desired. Melt CBD butter gently in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring until fully liquid. Tip: zest the lime before squeezing for easier zest collection.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings : 1360 g
- Vegetable oil : 30 mL
- Salt : 10 g
- Freshly ground black pepper : 5 g
- Coconut milk : 60 mL
- Thai peanut sauce : 60 mL
- Sriracha : 15 mL
- Lime zest and juice : 1 lime
- Melted CBD butter : 30 g
- Roasted peanuts, finely chopped : 30 g
Instructions
- Prepare chicken wings: clean, season, and initially cook.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, peanut sauce, sriracha, and lime zest and juice. Gradually add melted CBD butter while stirring for 1–2 minutes.
- Cook the sauce until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, then remove from heat.
- Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl and pour sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange wings on a serving platter, pour remaining sauce over, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Serving suggestion: Serve with jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
