Homemade gravlax salmon combines Scandinavian tradition with a modern CBD twist. Silky, delicate, and infused with a balanced blend of salt, sugar, fresh herbs, spices, and CBD oil, this recipe is perfect for a refined festive appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon fillet (sashimi quality) : 1 kg
  • Salt : 50 g
  • Sugar : 50 g
  • Fresh dill : 1 bunch
  • Black pepper or pink peppercorns : To taste
  • CBD oil : 2–4 drops

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and remove any bones using tweezers.
  2. Mix salt, sugar, chopped dill, spices, and CBD oil until homogeneous.
  3. Spread half the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, place the salmon flesh-side down, and cover with the remaining mixture.
  4. Wrap tightly and refrigerate under a light weight for 24–48 hours.
  5. Rinse briefly, pat dry, and slice very thinly before serving.
