
Grilled Cheese Sandwich with CBD

We love this American classic, combining cheddar and Gruyère cheeses for a delicious, melty CBD sandwich.
Ingredients
- Unsalted butter : 15 g
- CBD butter : 10 g
- Dijon mustard : 10 mL
- Crusty bread : 8 slices
- Cheddar : 4 slices
- Gruyère : 4 slices
- Olive oil : 15 mL
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, CBD butter, and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture on all 8 slices of bread.
- On 4 slices, layer one slice of cheddar and one slice of Gruyère.
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook all 8 slices until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Assemble the sandwiches, cut in half, and serve warm.
