This convivial and warming raclette is perfect with a modern twist by adding CBD. Ideal for evenings with friends or family, this recipe combines traditional raclette flavors with the relaxing benefits of CBD.

Ingredients

  • Traditional raclette cheese : 1000 g
  • Firm potatoes : 800 g
  • Assorted charcuterie (ham, air-dried beef, rosette) : 300 g
  • Pickles and vinegar onions : As desired
  • CBD oil : 1–2 drops per serving
  • Black pepper and mountain herbs : To taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes:Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
  2. Prepare the accompaniments:Arrange charcuterie, pickles, and onions on a serving tray.
  3. Heat the cheese:Slice the raclette cheese thickly and melt it using a traditional raclette grill.
  4. Add the CBD:Just before serving, add 1–2 drops of CBD oil per portion. Do not heat directly.
  5. Serve:Place a portion of melted cheese on each plate with potatoes. Sprinkle black pepper and herbs. Guests can add charcuterie and condiments as desired.
