
Traditional CBD Tabbouleh

Enjoy our traditional CBD tabbouleh: a refreshing and flavorful Middle Eastern salad with couscous, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh herbs, and CBD-infused olive oil, perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- Couscous : 250 g
- Boiling water : 300 mL
- Tomatoes : 3
- Red or white onion : 1
- Cucumber : 1
- Fresh parsley : 1 bunch
- Fresh mint : 1 bunch
- CBD-infused olive oil : 80 mL
- Lemon juice : 80 mL
- Salt and pepper : To taste
- CBD flowers (optional) : To taste
- Goji berries, raisins, or dried apricots (optional) : To taste
Instructions
- Place the couscous in a large bowl and add boiling water. Cover and let it soak for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and chill.
- Wash and dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Thinly slice the onion. Add to the cooled couscous and mix gently.
- Finely chop the parsley and mint, then fold them into the mixture.
- (Optional) Add ground CBD flowers evenly throughout.
- In a bowl, mix CBD-infused olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a uniform dressing. Pour over the tabbouleh and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- (Optional) Add dried fruits such as goji berries, raisins, or apricots for a touch of sweetness.
- Serve this refreshing tabbouleh as a starter or light summer dish. It pairs perfectly with grilled foods, mezze, or Mediterranean dips.
